Mobile bar hire means hiring a fully equipped, professionally staffed bar that comes to your venue or event location. Unlike a fixed bar at a traditional venue, a mobile bar can be set up almost anywhere – from marquees and private gardens to festival fields and corporate spaces. Elite Event Group supply the bar, the equipment, the staff, the drinks and everything in between.
Yes. All our mobile bars are operated by our own fully trained staff, experienced in high-volume service, cocktail making and event hospitality. Our team of 60+ professionals are employed and trained directly to Elite’s standards – we never use agency staff.
We are based in Southport, in the North West of England and cover events across the UK. We regularly work across Lancashire, Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Cumbria and the Lake District and beyond. Get in touch to discuss your specific location.
For events where alcohol is being sold to guests (pay bars), a Temporary Events Notice or premises licence is required. For dry bars or free bars funded by the host, different rules apply. Elite Event Group can advise on the licensing requirements for your specific event and help ensure everything is fully compliant.
For weddings, we recommend booking as early as possible – popular summer dates sell out 12 to 18 months in advance. For corporate events and parties, three to six months is typically sufficient, though we do accommodate shorter notice where availability allows.
